Login security

How to protect your BDG Win login on a shared phone

A shared device increases the chance that a saved session, notification, or browser history exposes account information. These steps reduce that risk.

Use a private browser session carefully

A private tab can limit local browsing history, but it does not make an unsafe website trustworthy. Verify the destination first and close every private tab when finished.

Do not save the password

Decline browser prompts that store credentials on a device other people can unlock. Use a unique password and never reuse the password for your email account.

Keep verification messages private

Hide notification previews where possible. Never allow another person to read or forward a one-time verification code.

Confirm sign-out

Use the platform’s sign-out control, then close the browser or app. Reopening the page should not return directly to a private account screen.

Remove traces you created

Delete any downloaded files and remove unnecessary site permissions. Do not clear data belonging to other device users without their permission.

Prefer a device you control

If the account is important, use a personally controlled, updated device with a screen lock. Shared phones should be a last resort.
