Basic login steps

If login does not work
- Check for a typing error or unwanted space.
- Confirm that Caps Lock and the keyboard language are correct.
- Test your internet connection.
- Use the platform’s own recovery flow instead of a link sent by a stranger.
- Check whether the app or browser needs an update.
- Contact verified platform support if access remains unavailable.
Shared-device precautions
Do not save credentials in an unfamiliar browser. Sign out after the session, clear any downloaded files, and avoid approving “remember this device” prompts on a device you do not control.
